We have a very simple process to create clear mortgage plan.
I am hyper-focused on helping clients before, during, and, most importantly, after the transaction because that's when you often have the most questions.
I want to become a successful homeowner and grow you and your family's wealth. It takes planning and strategy before, during and after the transaction.

The first step is I will ask you some questions, many of which relate to application and qualifying for a mortgage.
Some questions won’t have anything to do with qualifying but everything to do with how we help you to set up the deal structure.

For the next step, I will send a link to the mortgage portal which will allow you to complete your application and upload your documentation securely.
While you are working on that, I will prepare your initial mortgage plan.
Your plan will compare multiple options that include price, down payment, total investment, monthly payments, projected appreciation/net worth, and possible tax advantages.
We will look at the advantages and disadvantages of each option based upon the time horizon you plan to hold onto you next home.
We will also review the home buying process, mortgage process, the mortgage market, the real estate market and how to structure a successful offer, and our post close strategy.
I have just emailed the link. Once you submit the application, the system will ask you again to complete the "All About You" online form again. Please try to complete it.
